Kim Duncan, Director of Sales Support
Kim Duncan, a United Sates Air Force veteran, joined Aligned in December of 2019 to support a rapidly growing sales team as the Director of Sales Support. Kim brings over 17 years of sales support expertise, with 12 years in behavioral health. Kim also brings extensive experience supporting senior health care executives managing multiple sites in multiple states. In addition to executive support functions, Kim has previously served in supervisory, training & implementation roles, including Salesforce training, migration and corporate administration. Always in search of a better way to get things done, Kim thrives on learning, process improvement projects and helping team members improve the efficiency and professionalism of their work product. Team members and senior leaders often request Kim’s assistance working through complex projects with tight deadlines, developing and implementing automated processes and training their direct reports. Kim has a passion for ensuring accuracy in professional processes by automating tasks in software programs, leading process improvement initiatives and coaching others to adhere to new processes. Kim thrives in situations where her invaluable organizational skills and ability to anticipate the needs of those she supports can result in new business! Kim’s team spirit and ability to juggle complex projects and achieve deadlines has led to frequent commendations from colleagues and supervisors in the military and civilian sectors.
